Why isn’t the humidity dropping?
Answer
If the humidity isn’t dropping, this may be because the unit hasn’t been running for long enough, the room temperature is too low, or the room is too large. Make sure that all doors and windows are closed, the air filter is clean and the set humidity level is lower than the current humidity.
