ecoQ DryAir 9L steady – Error messages E1–E7

Question

What do all these error messages E1 to E7 mean?

Answer

Error messages E1, E2 and E4 relate to various faults with the temperature sensor. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do about this yourself. Please contact our customer service team: contact ecofort.

Error message E5 means that the appliance is not level or is standing on an uneven surface. Please ensure that the appliance is levelled and positioned securely.

Error messages E6 and E7 indicate overheating. In this case, you should first switch the appliance off. Once the appliance has cooled down completely, the fan will also stop running. You should now clean the air filter to ensure sufficient air can flow into the appliance. Once the appliance has cooled down sufficiently, you can try switching it on again. If the error message reappears, please switch the appliance off and contact our customer service team: contact ecofort.
