Why is the device too loud?
Answer
First, check whether the device is standing upright and on a level surface. Optionally, a small rug under the device can also reduce the noise level. However, it may also be due to the room temperature not being suitable for operation. The operating temperatures of the dehumidifier are 5°C to 32°C. However, if none of the above points apply, please film the whole thing briefly and send it to us. Please make sure that the recording device is not in the air stream and that there is no disturbing background noise during the recording.
