Why is the humidity not decreasing?
Answer
The dehumidifier has not been used long enough and has therefore not been able to reach the target value. However, it may also be because the doors and windows of the room in question are not closed, thus increasing the volume. If the ambient temperature is too low (below 10°C), the device cannot extract moisture from the air. However, if the prevailing relative humidity is lower than the target value, it cannot be reduced either. If the air filter frame is very dirty, not enough air can be drawn through the device and dehumidification is prevented, which is why regular cleaning is very important.
Note: If you are still unsure whether the device can dehumidify, set it to CNT=continuous operation and let it run. Check after a few hours to see if it has collected water.
