Why is water overflowing from the container?
Answer
The water container may be damaged or simply cracked. The float may be defective, blocked or missing, which should be checked. However, it may be because the device is not standing upright or is on uneven ground. If none of these things are the cause, it may simply be that the internal water drain is blocked or clogged. It is important to clean the pre-filter regularly, otherwise dirt will enter the device and could clog the drain over time. However, this problem would need to be fixed in a workshop, as you should not open the device yourself.
