What do I need to bear in mind when commissioning an ecodry CaveMaster?
Answer
Place the dehumidifier in an upright position on a stable, level surface. Before switching it on for the first time, it is a good idea to ensure that the device has been standing upright for several hours to protect the compressor, as it is sometimes transported in a horizontal position.
The dehumidifier should also be placed at a safe distance of at least 50 cm from a wall or piece of furniture. The supply voltage should match the value on the type plate, and the socket must be earthed.
The tank must also be inserted correctly. If the tank is full or not seated correctly, the ‘Tank Full’ indicator lights up and the dehumidifier stops dehumidifying.
