ecoQ DryAir 30L Essential – Cleaning and Maintenance

Modified on Sun, 11 Jan at 11:21 PM

Question

What should be considered when cleaning and maintaining the device?

Answer

Before cleaning or carrying out any maintenance, always switch off the device and unplug it from the power outlet to avoid the risk of electric shock.

Cleaning the Air Filter

Clean the air filter every two weeks. Otherwise, dust may accumulate on the filter and block the airflow. Restricted airflow reduces the efficiency of the device and may cause damage if the filter becomes clogged. To ensure proper operation, the air filter must be cleaned regularly. Do not operate the device without the air filter, as this may lead to contamination of the evaporator.

Removing the Air Filter

Remove the water tank from the device.

Then pull the air filter out from the bottom at the rear of the unit.

Cleaning the Filter

Use a vacuum cleaner to gently remove dust from the surface. If the filter is heavily soiled, rinse it with clean water and a mild detergent. Allow it to dry completely before reinstalling it.

Reinstalling the Filter

Reinsert the filter securely into its original position.
