Why is my dehumidifier making such unusual noises?
Answer
The dehumidifier is tilted or standing on an uneven surface, which is causing the strange noises. If the dehumidifier is dirty, this can also cause unusual noises. However, it may simply be the refrigerant flowing. Loose or foreign particles can move around inside the device and cause unusual noises. If there are loose or foreign particles inside, this can unfortunately only be remedied in a workshop.
