ecoQ DryAir 20L Energy Saver – won't switch on

Modified on Thu, 25 Dec at 12:30 AM

Question

Why won't the dehumidifier switch on?

Answer

Ensure that the power cable is properly plugged in, that neither the cable nor the power plug is damaged, and that there is power in the socket. Sometimes it helps to connect the device in another room to check. However, it could also be that the water tank is full or incorrectly inserted. If the desired target humidity has been reached, the device may also not switch on and remain in standby mode.
