Why is my dehumidifier so loud during operation?
Answer
You should check the air filter to see if it is heavily soiled or clogged. However, it could also be because the device is on an uneven surface or is not standing upright. If none of the above applies, please make a video and send it to our customer service team. When recording, please ensure that the recording device is not in the air stream and that no other background noise can be heard.
